We have been getting lots of questions regarding spills on bedliners. So we will go over the simple procedure to take care of paint spills in this article.
Spilling paint on your bedliner will remind you why you got that bedliner in the first place. A bedliner will protect and preserve the bed of your vehicle from cuts, dents, and spills. It is much easier to remove dried paint from your bedliner than it is to remove it from the bed of your vehicle.
Step 1:
Apply a small amount of lacquer thinner to the spilled area. Let the thinner sit for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Scrub the thinner applied spot with a medium-grade brush. Use a towel to wipe away as much as you can.
Repeat the process until the paint is entirely removed. The paint may take several applications to come off completely.
